outages. 44 u.s. el sabroe and richmond has 11 outages affecting 1500 customers. the napa river is in danger of over flowing its banks. there is a flood warning posted right now. the river expected to reach flood stage this afternoon. abc7 news reporter cara clapper has been in napa throwout the morning. throughout the morning. cara, you have the latest. >> good morning, carolyn, i do. the flood warning remains in affect for the napa river in nap ma and saint huh h -- saint helena. it is surging, swelling. it was not this high a few hours ago. you can see the storm debris flowing through the river, and this rain is continuing. relentless day luge hitting us in downtown napa this, month. because the soil is already so saturated the rain is expected to pus the -- to push the napa river to the flood stage. the flood level is 25.1 feet in napa, but they are projecting the water could go as high as 27 feet between 1:00 this afternoon and 6:00 this evening. as we all know, downtown napa saw the river overwhelm and over flow in 2005. thousands of acres flooded. residents were evacuated

40's in the north bay valley. santa rosa and napa. we have upper 40's to lo's right around the bay. chilly overnight period. move on to the forecast feature chilly overnight with patchy valley fog cold in a few spots. sunny weekend with milder weather on sunday and cooler by midweek next week check out the low down to 35 santa rosa 36 napa 37 at fairfield not too wide spread and location is closer to the bay and coast. see low in the mid 40's overnight tonight. on we go to the satellite radar composite image that show as very large ridge of high pressure taking control of the weather picture next several days. this will give us milder weather through the weaned and into early next wee week. move along with our forecast animation 11:00 o'clock tonight. fog will chicken and spread through the central valley then spill in through the delta carquinez strait into pockets in our interior valley and east bay north bay so that's why we see some patchy fog over night. but again not wide sprae. tomorrow afternoon mainly sunny skies. a little milder. high pressure in the south bay.

4:03 p.m. later on today some light rain for san rafael and napa and even stretching out towards fairfield. it will mostly stick north of the golden gate bridge. the 10:00 hour yellow indicates heavy to modern rain that will pick up in intensity at 4:00 a.m. tomorrow morning. showers will cross the bridge and continue to push their way south as we head into tomorrow morning. it will taper off later on wednesday afternoon. current temperature is a, a mild start to the morning and temperatures are around 10 degrees warmer than yesterday. 24 hours ago we were in the 30's and we are in the 50s now for vallejo concord 53 of the door and vallejo. will not warm-up by much because a lot of cloud cover we will see to much sunshine. . and this definitely is resulting in the north bay where we have 34 this morning santa rosa, 37 napa and 38 livermore and the warmer numbers here from oakland to san francisco. and there is fog around half moon bay. but most of the fog has been confined in the north bay, from novato to santa rosa, concord, and now it's creeping through fairfield. quarter mile visibility. be careful out there. it will be with us through about 8:00. here's this morning the northeast winds are transporting the fog through the delta. the east bay, half moon bay, san francisco, but it does dissipate by about 8:00, 9:00 so it should be pretty nice afternoon with plenty of sunshine. still the northeast winds with us. that will lead to mild temperatures. a little cooler in our east bay where the winds are blowing. otherwise we will look for more sunshine today, tomorrow, into the early part of the week and the next weatherer comes from the north. doesn't look like a big system but we are watching high pressure as it builds into the eastern pacific. as it does, the next couple of days we are going to gain a couple of degrees

in the 50s in the 60s. 63 degrees in napa. 60s in the san mateo and 59 degrees in pleasanton. as for current conditions temperatures in the 40's. it is going to be colder night tonight. with fairfield, vallejo, 56 in vallejo and 49 in daly city. still, we will be going into the 40's for the bay-area wide. low clouds and fog will be the story. mainly low cloud coverage. the delta bought and as we go towards saturday, some of that fog on saturday with a sunny skies expected with warmer conditions. we will take a look at the fog tracker. widespread low cloud coverage that will continue for the morning hours. still fairly spread by 8:00 a.m. it will clear out some of those low clouds by 1:00 p.m. i think that we could see more clearly than what we're showing. temperatures? 40's overnight. the 40's and san rafael, and 50s in san jose. for the afternoon highs, getting into the 60s for the south bay. 64 in cupertino. 62 in san jose for the in the valleys also low 60s. the same for the east bay shore for the most part, 59 degrees in alameda, 50s along the coast. the 89 degrees in ocean beach, san fr
